Marine Quake changes the additude of quake from a "ahh, ive only been hit by a rocket, but im ok" game to a "i just took a round in the gut and im bleeding to death!" game. Here is a list of features.

USMC fighting knife : Damage is based on the users health
M9 pistol : 15rd clip, fires 9mm
MP5 : 30rd clip, short range
M16A2 : 30rd magazine, fires 3rd bursts
M249 SAW : 200rd belt
M67 frag grenades : Distance thrown in based on the thrower's health
M203 : fires either HEAT rounds or flechette rounds
M40A1 : 5rd clip, high power
Swinging Grappling Hook.

Player Model now has a back pack.
FEIGN/CROUCH: you now can "crouch" but while
crouched you can not fire your weapon.
Redid almost all the gfx including menus

Only works with the M9, MP5, M16, and M40(other wise it would suck for sniping)

Your speed is based on the amount of weapons, armor, ammo and health you have.

Based on hight and weight.
Magazines, all the guns must be reloaded after a certain amount of shots have been fired
